The Full Story
WHY WE EXIST
Too many young people move through school without ever being told that their story matters. They have talent, insight, and something to say, but few spaces that invite them to say it out loud. JCTE Arts Foundation exists to change that.
We were founded on a simple conviction: that the arts are one of the most powerful tools we have for building confident, capable, and creative young people. Through theatre, storytelling, and creative expression, we give students the stage, the skills, and the encouragement to discover what they are capable of.
MISSION
We use the arts to develop confident communicators, creative thinkers, collaborative leaders, and lifelong learners. We partner with schools and communities to bring high-quality theatre, storytelling, and creative programming to the young people who deserve access to it.
VISION
A generation of young people who know their story is worth telling, their voice is worth hearing, and their gifts are worth developing, and who have the confidence to share all three with the world.

• Every Child Has a Story. We start from the belief that every young person carries something worth expressing. Our job is to help them find it and share it.
• Excellence in the Arts. We hold students to a high standard because we believe they can meet it. Realcraft and quality productions build real confidence.
• Access and Equity. Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. We bring meaningful arts experiences to communities that are too often overlooked.
• Growth Beyond the Stage. The goal is never only the performance. It is the communicator, leader, and lifelong learner that a student becomes along the way.
